Lane Council of Governments has recently purchased the Park Place Building, formerly known as the Aster Building, on Willamette between 8th Avenue and Broadway. The building has about 60,000 square feet of space on five floors, with first three floors leased as retail and office space that also allow future flexibility for additional office space for LCOG or other local governments.

In late 2008, LCOG will occupy the fourth and fifth floors, moving offices and staff from their current location in the nearby Wells Fargo building on Broadway. The staff of LCOG's Senior and Disabled Services Division will remain located in the Schaefers Building at 10th and Willamette in Eugene.
