Bob Swank, Associate Director, is part of the agency management team and is the acting executive director when George is away. He is the Director of the Administrative Services Division and the Enterprise Funds Division. Administrative Services includes all the traditional management functions necessary for the efficient operation of the agency, including financial services, human resources, information services and facilities management. Enterprise Funds include the LCOG Business Finance Program and LCOG owned real property, which includes

three office buildings. He has also been involved in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for his entire tenure at LCOG.

Bob has worked at LCOG for over thirty-five years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science and Masters in business administration with an emphasis in quantitative method from the University of Oregon.  email
