Connie Scolla, GIS Associate with a GIS Professional Certification, maintains much of data used to populate the LCOG portion of RLID. The data maintained includes, but is not limited to zoning, city limits, city wards, precincts and fire protection providers data. The data is used for many applications in-house & out-of-house, including getting the files ready for 9-1-1 dispatch. Connie helps manage the ongoing development and evolution of the regional GIS consortium. |

Connie joined the LCOG staff in 1990. She received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon, graduating with honors from the Geography department. At the time Connie received her GIS Professional Certification there were less than 2,000 nation-wide. The GIS Professional Certification is a complete multi-disciplinary certification program including a code of ethics. Prior to working at LCOG, Connie worked for the City of Eugene and the U.S. Forest Service. email |
