Jacob Blair, GIS Assistant, joined the staff at LCOG in 2007.  He is responsible for creating and maintaining the geographic data critical for the E-911 dispatch system to operate. Jake provides analysis and planning support on a wide variety of other projects, including transportation. Jacob has been working in GIS and cartography for 5 years. 

 Before coming to LCOG, Jacob completed graduate studies at the University of Oregon's Department of Geography (MA '07).  He also holds undergraduate degrees in geography and linguistics (University of Oregon '05, '01).  email
