Jacob Callister, Assistant Planner, specializes in land use planning, and economic, natural resources and GIS analysis. Jake joined the LCOG staff in 2007 and works closely with citizens, staff, and elected officials of both small and large communities on a wide variety of projects. He recently worked on an extensive UGB Expansion Study for the City of Roseburg, with a Buildable Lands Inventory, Housing Needs Analysis, Economic Opportunities Analysis and Expansion Alternatives Analysis. Jake processes land use applications

for the Cities of Monroe, Drain, Yoncalla, Canyonville and Eugene, and has completed a Natural Resources Inventory for the City of Creswell.
