Megan Banks, Senior Planner, specializes in facilitation, public outreach, and land use
planning and analysis. She combines her background in design and extensive
experience in public involvement to manage and lead public workshops, and facilitate
small groups and design charettes. Megan is a master at engaging the public on multi-disciplinary
projects such as the Willamette River Interstate 5 Bridge replacement project. She
understands the relationship between current and long-range planning as she manages
Creswell's

visioning process and Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update, including
amendments and policy development. Megan serves as primary staff for the planning
directors of Eugene, Springfield
and Lane County.
Megan holds a BS in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly and a Master's in Community
and Regional Planning from the University
of Oregon and was a licensed Landscape
Architect in the state of California.
Prior to working at LCOG, Ms. Banks was a planner with the City of Eugene. email
