Milo Mecham joined LCOG in 1995, as a hearings official for land use applications. He currently continues to provide hearings official services and also serves as City Attorney to two small cities and provides advice for other cities in specialized areas such as telecommunications and public finance. Milo's responsibilities also include management of the land use planning services program at LCOG, which provides cities and counties in the region with current and long range planning, economic development, and infrastructure development services. |

Prior to working at LCOG, Milo taught at the University of Arizona and the University of Northern Iowa, was a law clerk at the Oregon Supreme Court and the United States District Court for Oregon, worked in private practice representing municipalities in Oregon and was a Special Assistant Attorney General at SAIF. email |
