Robert Lewis, Program Manager, has served as the Manager and Executive Producer of Metro Television since 1985 and is responsible for the operation of the Government Cable Channel, Comcast 21. Metro Television provides gavel-to-gavel coverage of Eugene City Council and Lane County Commission meetings, and cablecasts the Metropolitan Policy Committee, and the Joint Elected Officials meetings. Metro Television also produces special videos for area agencies and jurisdictions and is currently producing two monthly series for the City of Eugene and Lane County. |

Robert is responsible for purchase and implementation of new equipment for video production, both installed in meeting rooms and in the production and television station environments. Robert also created and maintains the MetroTV.org website.
Robert has a B.S. in Business Administration from Portland State University, and a M.S. in Recreation Administration from the Univ. of Oregon. Prior to joining LCOG staff, Robert was the first Director of Recreation in Florence and managed a warehouse distributor/manufacturer business in Portland. email
