Steve Dignam, Program Manager, joined the LCOG staff in 1998 to manage LCOG's economic development program. His primary task at LCOG is to help small businesses to take advantage of various State, Federal and local government loan programs such as the Small Business Administration. Steve works with various chambers of commerce, other business associations, and community organizations to raise awareness of these government loan programs that are designed to help stimulate economic development and job growth throughout Lane County. |

Steve's career began with an emphasis on business fundamentals as a financial analyst at Ford Aerospace, a division of Ford Motor Company. While at Ford, Steve attended Santa Clara University and earned his MBA degree. After five years, he moved from Ford to Bank of America where he spent the next 14 years as a relationship manager for small and medium sized businesses. email
