Tim Bingham, Senior Planner, has specialized in natural resources and stormwater management issues at LCOG since 1989. Since the mid-1990s, Tim has been on contract with the City of Eugene as a member of Public Works' Water Resources Team. He has assisted with preparation and adoption of the city's erosion control ordinance, waterway protection policies, and proposed runoff treatment requirements for new development including preparation of code language and Best Management Practices manual. Tim also assisted with Eugene's 7-volume Stormwater Management Basin Plans. |

More recently Tim has assisted the City of Springfield with preparation for the City's Springfield Mill Race Restoration project. Tim is also involved with the development of the Plan Formulation task for the Eugene-Springfield Metro Waterways Restoration Project. Tim has a BA in Geography from California State University at Fullerton and began his planning career 28 years ago as an Assistant Planner for Orange County, California. email |
