Intergovernmental coordination is a basic function that LCOG performs.  LCOG organizes, coordinates, staffs and does what is necessary to facilitate public agencies working together to accomplish common goals.  Services range from regional transportation planning to shared telephone systems to scheduling and staffing meetings between elected officials and/or staff from multiple organizations.
