Executive Director George Kloeppel is, by Charter, the chief administrative officer of the organization, and is responsible for the preparation and presentation to the Board of an annual proposed Budget and Work Program; for the execution of the adopted Work Program within the constraints of the adopted Budget; for the appointment and removal of all LCOG employees; and for the administration of the business of the organization under the policies established by the Board of Directors.
