For more than 25 years, LCOG has provided facilitation and consensus-building services to non-profit organizations, public utilities, school districts, and the Administration, Public Works, and Planning and Community Development Departments of large, medium and small city and county governments. Services include facilitation of short-term groups convened for a specific purpose, groups engaged in long-range planning over six months or more, focus groups, citizen groups, staff teams, technical advisory committees, and policy boards of elected and appointed officials.
