The Facilitation Services
Program offers facilitation and strategic planning services to
public agencies and non-profit organizations in and outside Lane
County, Oregon. Services are custom-designed to meet client specifications.
A team of experienced,
trained facilitators meets regularly to process requests for
service and to continually improve the team’s
knowledge and skills, maintaining the highest level of professional
development.

More than 25 Years of Experience
For more than 25 years, LCOG has provided facilitation and consensus-building
services to non-profit organizations, public utilities, school districts,
and the Administration, Public Works, and Planning and Community
Development Departments of large, medium and small city and county
governments. Services include facilitation of short-term groups
convened for a specific purpose, groups engaged in long-range
planning over six months or more, focus groups, citizen groups, staff teams,
technical advisory committees, and policy boards of elected and appointed
officials.
