A variety of projects that provide infrastructure finance-related analyses to local governments involve LCOG staff members. Examples of these efforts include the preparation of systems development charges in transportation, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewers, and parks; an infrastructure finance study, including an in-depth analysis of the funding of municipal sanitary and stormwater systems and transportation network; user rate studies and related financial analyses for a wastewater collection system; development of stormwater user fees; system development charge revenue projections; a prioritization study of capital infrastructure needs; and a revenue-forecasting model for Lane Transit District, the area transit provider.
