Urban Growth Boundary, City Limits, topography, aerial photography

Real Estate Data Analysis
Property
Data
Based on your criteria, listings of property data can be created
for any area of Lane County. For example, a listing could contain
information on all single family homes of a certain age and size
within a particular city in Lane County. Call the Information,

one hour minimum for creating property listings.
Sales Data
Reports can be created of all properties sold within your specified
time frame, price range, geographic area or other criteria. Call

Information regarding commercial and industrial properties including
development constraints, infrastructure, traffic counts and other

Analysis
Using Census data and other regional data, reports, tables, graphs
or presentations can be created based on your needs. Call the Information,

and Economic Development Analysis
Reports, tables, graphs or presentations can be created on employment,
income and development data based on your needs. Call the Information,

Targeted
Mailing Support
Mailing listings or labels for site addresses in Lane County, or
for owners of Lane County properties, can be created to your specifications.

Using the power and features of Geographic Information System software
(GIS), a variety of spatial overlay and proximity analysis can be

Address
Matching
Your list of Lane County address records can be matched to geographic
locations. For example, your customer addresses can be mapped to

Standard
and Custom Data Extraction
Custom digital data sets can be purchased for the customer's use
on their own GIS system. Digital geographic data is available for
areas in Lane County, including the Eugene-Springfield area, and
can be provided in either Arc/Info export file, or ArcView shapefile
format. Excel spreadsheets, dBase file format and comma-delimited
text files can also be designed to meet your business needs. Call

Desktop and
Web GIS Software Development and Training
Custom web-based and desktop applications and supporting databases
can be designed and developed to meet specific user requirements.
Services include user requirement analysis; database and application
design; database loading; back-end maintenance development; system
implementation; user documentation and training and programming

Services
The typical hourly rate for services ranges from $60 to $80. Most
products require a minimum of an hour to create.
