- Local governments in Lane County have cooperated in developing geographic information systems (GIS) and data for more than 35 years. The Regional Land Information Database (RLID) program supports cooperative data development and acquisition initiatives with the objective of improving the quality of regional GIS data and providing easier access to integrated land information. The program provides coordination of regional GIS activities, development and maintenance of a one-stop regional land information resource, GIS technical assistance for our local government partners and support for subscribers to the RLID web service.
