LCOG’s Community Safety Program provides systems analysis, resource development, facilitation and planning services, and research and evaluation for police, courts, prosecution, and social services. Current efforts include systems analysis and planning support for the Lane County Public Safety Coordinating Council, Community Emergency Notification Systems (CENS), Lane Area 9-1-1 System, and fire and ambulance districts. Community Safety staff also perform program evaluations for partner grant-funded projects.
