This
project supports the Willamette Valley Livability Forum in its efforts
to facilitate and coordinate a long-range, comprehensive, regional
look at the future of land use and transportation in Oregon's Willamette
Valley. By simulating possible futures and their impacts, project
partners will be able to make recommendations to federal, state,
and local government, as well as to leaders of business, industry,
and non-profit organizations in the Valley. The recommendations
will identify the actions and implementation strategies that should
be pursued now to manage future impacts of growth on transportation
and to help enhance the future livability of the Valley.
