Respite

To be a successful, responsive, loving caregiver, you cannot do it alone. If you are caring for someone with memory loss, confusion, or a chronic physical illness, it can be stressful and exhausting. Respite provides you with a break so you can rest, run errands, or do things for yourself. Respite can be provided either in your home, or at a facility. Talk with your Area Coordinator for more information.
