Behind the Scenes

LCOG provides staff support to Metro Television, a local government cable station, and an in-house video production center that provides services for agencies and jurisdictions.

This shared resource uses really nice gear to produce short films designed to enhance transparency by educating citizens and elected officials, and to foster public sector employees' efficiency.

Metro Television also produces special videos for area agencies and jurisdictions and is currently producing monthly series for the City of Eugene and Lane County.
