RLID Subscription Information
New accounts will be activated at the beginning of the month following receipt of the "RLID New Subscriber Account Request Form" and payment of initial set-up fee.

Rates will be reviewed annually and may be adjusted accordingly. Rates are also subject to change as new applications and content are brought online.
*Standard RLID Applications: Standard Property Search, Deeds & Records, Easy Map, Taxmap Search, Lien Search, Taxlot History, Eugene Lien Docket, Eugene Building Permits, Eugene Land Use Applications, Springfield Permit Status, Street Name Search, and Quick Look.
Add-On Services ($30 per month each):
Comparable Sales: Available to Basic Commercial (up to 3 months) and Government Agency accounts.
RLID Maps: Available to Basic Commercial (up to 3 months) and Government Agency accounts.
Additional User Logins:
User Logins in addition to those included in the subscription can be purchased in bundles of 10 for $100/month (per bundle).
