Senior & Disability Services South Lane Office Reopens June 20

COTTAGE GROVE, Ore. – Senior & Disability Services, a division of Lane Council of Governments is pleased to announce that its South Lane office in Cottage Grove will be opening to the public at its new location on Monday, June 20^th, 2022.  Hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

The office is located at 700 E. Gibbs Ave., Cottage Grove, OR 97424.

The office can also be reached over the phone at 541-682-4038 if you have a current worker or call 541-682-3353 if you need information.

Some details:

• The Cottage Grove office will have onsite support, eligibility, and case management staff available to serve our consumers. 
• Eligibility staff will be available for walk-in appointments from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
• A secure S&DS drop-box is located outside the building for consumers to submit documents at any time.
• At this time, the Cottage Grove office does not have capacity to issue EBT cards.

Please note, the Cottage Grove Senior Meals site is still under development and is not yet open.  The meal site is scheduled to open for meals on August 23, 2022. For more information on the Senior Meals Program, call 541-682-3353 or 1-800-441-4038.
