The Disability Services Advisory Council is Seeking New Members!

Persons with disabilities, advocates, and professionals are invited to apply for membership on the Disability Services Advisory Council. The Council serves all of Lane County and is interested in securing representatives from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. 

Senior and Disability Services (S&DS) is the local agency responsible for planning and providing many publicly funded services for persons with disabilities and older adults. 

The Council advises the Lane Council of Government’s Board of Directors and S&DS Agency staff on issues related to consumer services within Lane County. 

The Council also advises on S&DS’ annual work plan, budget, and other administrative matters. Council members serve as advocates on matters affecting the general welfare of persons with disabilities and older adults.
